Things to see and do

The Rusland Pool is situated on the main thoroughfare A590 halfway between Newby Bridge and Ulverston, nestling amongst the panoramic views of the countryside at the mouth of the peninsular. Our name is taken from the nearby stream which rises in Grizedale Forest, between Lake Windermere and Coniston, which meanders the length of the Rusland Valley to join the River at Pool Foot

Walks

From the Rusland Pool Hotel you can explore some of the most breathtaking scenery that the Lake District has to offer, making it an absolute paradise for walkers.
